New Client FAQs

Do you accept pet insurance?

We do not accept any type of pet insurance at this time or submit claims to insurance companies. Please contact your insurance provider directly about any reimbursement options.

What payment methods do you take?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. As a low-cost clinic, payment is required at the time services are rendered.

What are your clinic hours?

Open: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
Closed: Friday through Sunday and federal holidays.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes, appointments are required for all surgical and wellness services to ensure we can provide every pet with high-quality, focused care.

What time is drop off?

Drop-off begins at 8:15 AM, Monday through Thursday.

What time is pick up?

Pick-up time will be confirmed at drop-off in the morning. Timeframe will depend on the number of clients seen that day.

What if I am late for pick-up and cannot make it before 5:00 PM?

We understand that things can happen. As long as we are notified in a timely manner, we will work with you. If we are not notified, a $50 overnight boarding fee will be added at pick up.

If I am bringing in two animals, can they be in the same crate?

For their safety and comfort, please bring each animal in a separate secure crate or carrier. We prefer a hard plastic crate for cats because it provides sturdy protection and better ventilation, but a clean, secure cloth crate is also acceptable.

What size trap is required for a feral or community cat?

A raccoon-sized trap is required for feral or community cats. The trap should be humane, secure, well-ventilated, and large enough for the cat to remain comfortable.

What if I cannot get a signed Rabies certificate?

If you cannot provide a signed Rabies certificate, a $25 Rabies vaccine fee will apply if it is not already included in your package. Giving your pet the Rabies vaccine again will not harm them and is required to protect our employees.
